(A) A portion of Cedar Street is hereby vacated and closed as a public street, subject to easements and rights-of-way of record.
(B) The portion of Cedar Street is described as follows: the south 30 feet of Cedar Street running east to west along the north boundary of Lot 30 in Block One of the McDowell Addition to the town, being bordered on the west side by the east side of Santa Fe Street and being bordered on the east side by the west side of Elevator Street.
