(A) No vehicle or object which injures or is likely to injure any street within the town shall be driven or moved on any street within said municipality.
(B) No person shall drive any vehicle which is in such condition so constructed or so loaded as to cause or be likely to cause a delay in traffic or constitute a hazard to persons or property without having obtained a permit from the office of the Town Clerk.
