(A) It shall be unlawful to operate a vehicle which is not equipped as required by law upon any street within the town. It shall also be unlawful to fail to use such equipment in the manner required by law, use it in a manner prohibited by law, or to operate a vehicle which has equipment prohibited by law upon any street within said town.
(B) It shall be unlawful to operate a vehicle of any kind upon a street of the town unless such vehicle is licensed and displays a valid license plate thereon as required by state law.
