§ 70.02 OBEDIENCE TO TRAFFIC CODE.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to authorize or knowingly to permit any vehicle registered in his, her, or its name to be driven or be parked in violation of any provision of this traffic code.
   (B)   The parent or guardian of any child or ward shall not authorize or knowingly permit any such child or ward to violate any of the provisions of this traffic code.
