(A) Officially-designated municipal representatives and other duly authorized municipal employees bearing proper credentials and identification are entitled to enter any public or private property, at any reasonable time, for the purpose of enforcing this subchapter.
(B) Anyone acting under this authority shall observe the rules and regulations concerning safety, internal security, and fire protection.
