(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to injure, deface, or in any way tamper with any hydrant, meter, valve, pipeline, or any part of the waterworks system or to turn the water off or on from any main at any at any time or place unless he or she is duly authorized so to do by the Town Board.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person(s) except duly authorized officers and employees of the town to scale, climb, or go upon the town’s water tower.
