§ 50.04 AUTHORITY AND INSPECTIONS.
   (A)   Authority to turn on. When a utility has been turned off by town personnel, it shall not be turned on again without written permission of the Town Clerk.

   (B)   Inspections. The Superintendent and other municipal personnel may enter any private premises served by municipal utilities at any reasonable time and inspect pipes, fixtures, and/or wiring on the premises or read and examine meters.
