§ 36.13 CERTIFICATE OF ELECTION.
   The Election Commissioner, County Clerk or Municipal Clerk-Treasurer shall, within 40 days after the election, prepare, sign and deliver a certificate of election to each person whom the County Canvassing Board has declared to have received the highest vote for each municipal office.
