§ 34.44 FILING OF PLANS.
   The Housing Agency shall file with the City Clerk-Treasurer a copy of the five-year plan and annual plan required by § 511 of the Federal Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998. The plans shall be filed within 30 days after the date the plan is filed with the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
