Except as otherwise herein specifically provided, the definitions, terms, provisions and conditions set forth in the Nebraska Statutes under the Nebraska Housing Agency Act are hereby adopted by reference, as they now exist, or may hereafter be amended, for the operation and management of the Arapahoe Housing Agency, and the Housing Agency Commission shall fully comply with and be governed by the terms of the Nebraska Housing Act.
