§ 34.39 STATUS OF AGENCY.
   The Arapahoe Housing Agency is a political subdivision, distinct and separate from the city. The Housing Agency shall constitute a public body, corporate and politic, and shall have all the powers necessary or convenient to carry out and effectuate the purposes and provisions of the Nebraska Housing Agency Act.
