§ 34.23 MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE BOARD.
   (A)   The Mayor and City Council shall establish a Board to govern day to day operations of the Municipal Golf Course and the Club House thereon. Said Board shall be composed of six members, appointed by the Mayor, no less than four of whom shall be residents of the City of Arapahoe. All other members of the Board that do not reside within Arapahoe city limits must maintain a golf membership.
   (B)   The initial Board shall be composed of two members with terms of three years, two members with terms of four years, and two members with terms of five years. At the expiration of the initial terms, then each term shall be three years.
