The Municipal Clerk-Treasurer shall publish in a legal newspaper having general circulation within the municipality, within 60 days following the first day of August of each year, a report of the activities of his or her office which said report shall show in detail. Said report shall include all receipts, disbursements, warrants outstanding and the debit, or credit balance of the municipality.
