§ 33.12 CIVIL DEFENSE DIRECTOR.
   Pursuant to Neb. RS Chapter 81, Article 8, the Mayor may appoint, with the consent of the City Council, a Civil Defense Director to establish and implement a civil defense organization in accordance with the state civil defense plan and program. The term of office shall be for one year, unless sooner removed by the Mayor.
