The 2005 National Electrical Code for electrical wiring is adopted as the official code for all electrical wiring to be completed within the city and to include all electric services from the city; that any and all amendments to said 2005 National Electrical Code are automatically adopted and made a part of the Electric Code hereby adopted for said city. One copy of the Electrical Code is on file at the office of the Municipal Clerk-Treasurer and is available for public inspection at any reasonable time. The provisions of the Electrical Code shall be controlling throughout the municipality and throughout its zoning jurisdiction.
