§ 150.004 SATELLITE DISH INSTALLATION; REGULATIONS.
   Satellite television earth stations (satellite dishes) may be installed within the corporate limits of the city, providing they meet with the following minimum requirements:
   (A)   All satellite dishes shall not exceed 11 feet in diameter and they shall be placed in the rear yard of the property only and must meet all side and rear setback requirements for that residential zone as adopted and incorporated in the comprehensive zoning and subdivision regulations for the city on December 19, 1972, by Ordinance 238. The installation of such facility shall not be allowed in the front yard or the side yard adjacent to the main residential structure located on such lots;
   (B)   All units installed in business or highway service areas must be installed to the rear of the building only and must have a minimum setback of ten feet from the lot line;
   (C)   All units must be installed so that there is a minimum clearance from all electrical lines of eight feet; and
   (D)   The installation of such units require that an application for a building permit be filed and that a building permit be issued by the city prior to such installation.
