(A) No alcoholic liquor, including beer and wine, shall be sold at retail or dispensed within the city on any day between 1:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.
(B) Alcoholic liquor, including beer and wine, may be sold at retail and dispensed within the city on any secular day between 6:00 a.m. and 1:00 a.m.
(C) Alcoholic liquor, including beer and wine, may be sold at retail and dispensed within the city between the hours of 10:00 a.m. Sunday and 12:00 a.m. Monday.
