§ 110.10 OWNER OF PREMISES.
   The owner of any premises used for the sale at retail of alcoholic beverages shall be deemed guilty of a violation of these laws to the same extent as the said licensee if the owner shall knowingly permit the licensee to use the said licensed premises in violation of any municipal code section or Nebraska statute.
