§ 97.51 STORAGE OF FLAMMABLE LIQUIDS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, association or a corporation to keep, store, transport or sell or use any flammable liquids or gases in such a manner or under such circumstances as will jeopardize life and property. No barrel or container holding more than 100 gallons of gasoline or other flammable liquids shall be maintained within the corporate limits of the city, unless such container is buried at least three feet under the ground, outside of any building, unless such building is used for this purpose only, and at least ten feet distant from any other building, except that upon application approval by the City Council, bulk storage tanks may be installed on the railroad right-of-way.
