§ 97.33 DETERMINATION OF DAMAGE.
   The extent of damage to any building may be determined by three disinterested persons, residents of the municipality, one of whom shall be selected by the owner of the building, the second by the Mayor or any two of the governing body, and the third by the two previously chosen. The decision of the persons so selected shall be final and conclusive. It shall be the duty of the owner of any building, before the selection is made, to deposit with the Municipal Clerk-Treasurer the sum of $6, which sum shall be paid to the selectees upon a determination of the damages.
