§ 92.075 CUTTING INTO CURB, GUTTER OR PAVEMENT.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to cut into any paving, curb or sidewalk for any purpose whatsoever.
   (B)   All cutting shall be done by the municipality and the cost of such cutting shall be reimbursed to the municipality by the person requesting such cutting.
