All tickets issued for violation of non-moving traffic regulations contained in this subchapter shall, in addition to information normally stated on such tickets, carry the following information:
(A) The amount of the fine if paid within ten days;
(B) The location where the payment may be made; and
(C) The fact that a complaint will be issued after ten days if the fine is not paid in that time.
