(A) The words and phrases used in this title, pertaining to motor vehicles and traffic regulations, shall be construed as defined in Neb. RS Chapter 60, Article 6, as now existing or hereafter amended.
(B) If not defined in the designated statutes or in this code, the word or phrase shall have its common meaning.
(C) For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
STREET or HIGHWAY. The entire width between boundary limits of any street, road, avenue, boulevard, or way, which is publicly maintained when any part thereof is open to the use of the public for purposes of vehicular travel.
UTILITY VEHICLE. Any motorized off-highway vehicle which meets the following, and shall include lawnmowers, whether or not the lawnmower is equipped with headlights or brake lights:
(a) Is 60 inches or less in width;
(b) Travels on three or more low-pressure tires; and
(c) Is equipped with operational headlights and brake lights.
