(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided for in § 52.002 shall be guilty of an offense, and on conviction thereof shall be fined in the amount not exceeding $100 for each violation. Each 24-hour period in which any such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.
