(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to the penalties thereof and as prescribed in § 10.99. Each day a violation occurs constitutes a separate violation.
(B) Violations of conditions stipulated in a sand gravel mining conditional use permit shall be considered as violations of the code and are subject to the penalty prescribed in § 10.99.
