Planned development
The ordinance establishing each planned development district shall be used to determine the most applicable zoning district designated for each lot and signs shall be permitted by the most applicable zoning district as determined by the city’s building official.
NOTES TO TABLE
1 - Area of sign for building sign(s) may be equal to:
   1 sq. ft. of area of sign per 25 sq. ft. of the sign permit-holder's occupied floor area of the building if occupied area is 5000 sq. ft. or less; plus an additional 1 sq. ft. of area of sign per 100 sq. ft. of the sign permit-holder's occupied floor area of the building over 5000 sq. ft.
   Maximum allowed: 500 sq. ft. area of sign per building
   Minimum allowed: 40 sq. ft.
2 - Area of sign for building sign(s) in limited business district may be equal to:
   1 sq. ft. of sign per 100 sq. ft. of total building floor area.
   Maximum allowed: 200 sq. ft. of area of sign per building
   Minimum allowed: 40 sq. ft.
3 - See § 154.04(H) regarding a second permissible ground sign as a substitution for all building signs.
4 - Sign area for buildings in institutional districts:
   1 sq. ft. of area of sign per 100 sq. ft. of the total building floor area
   Maximum allowed: An aggregate of 500 sq. ft. for all building signs on lot.
   Minimum allowed: 40 sq. ft.
