(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is provided shall be subject to the fine in § 10.99.
(B) (1) In addition to being subject to punishment as provided in division (A), any person who shall fail to obtain a permit as herein required, or who shall fail to comply with any of the conditions upon which the same is issued or who fails to complete the filling or grading within the time prescribed by the permit, may be enjoined from further work under the permit.
(2) The Council hereby reserves the right to revoke the permit upon a violation, and upon revocation any continuance of the work shall be a violation of this code and if the Council shall order any positive act to be done to conform the work being done with that authorized by the permit, the same shall be completed before any further filling or grading is done and within ten days after mailing a notice to do the acts to the person to whom the permit was issued.
