§ 153.56 BUILDING LOCATIONS.
   (A)   Buildings shall be located on each lot in conformance with the minimum required setbacks, as detailed in this chapter and Chapter 155, Zoning. Building locations shall also conform to the bench elevations established for the plat.
   (B)   Buildings shall not be permitted on outlots. This shall not preclude the possibility of replatting and creating a buildable lot.
   (C)   Buildings shall not be permitted on publicly dedicated easements.
