§ 153.52 SIDEWALKS, TRAILS OR PATHWAYS.
   Sidewalks, trails or pathways shall be provided in each plat in accordance with provisions of the city’s pedestrian circulation plan. Sidewalks, trails or pathways shall be constructed at the sole expense of the subdivider.
