(A) In addition to being liable to punishment as provided in § 10.99, failure to comply with all the provisions of this chapter or with all provisions of a special nature imposed upon the manufactured home park or the operator by terms of the permit or the terms of any contract, agreement or stipulation entered into by the operator or imposed by the Council will result in a recommendation of revocation of license to the Minnesota Department of Health. The terms of this chapter or of any permit, agreement or stipulation ordered or authorized by this chapter shall be a condition precedent to issuance of a state license and shall run with the license and be a part thereof.

(B) Violation of any provision of this chapter shall be a petty misdemeanor. Any person convicted of violating any provision of this chapter shall be subject to penalties as stipulated in § 10.99.
