§ 151.59 LIMITATION OF RELOCATION COSTS AND COMPENSATION
   The total amount of compensation paid to displaced owners of manufactured homes shall not exceed the greater of 20% of the County Assessor’s estimated market value of the manufactured home park, as determined by the County Assessor for the year in which the park is scheduled to close, or 20% of the purchase price of the park.
