No boats, boat trailers, utility trailers, travel trailers or other vehicles than the personal automobiles of the occupants or their guests shall be parked on the manufactured home lot and there shall be provided by the operator a separate area upon which these boats, trailers or other vehicles shall be parked or held. This area is to be located away from any public street and shall be densely screened in an approved manner.
