Every manufactured home park shall provide for a minimum setback of at least 50 feet on all property boundaries. Setbacks will be planted with a dense combination of trees, shrubs and bushes as to form a buffer to adjoining property and state, county and city roadways. Plans for plantings shall be approved by the Planning Commission.
