For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
ATTACHED. That which is structurally unattached but for all intents, purposes and appearances, functions as a single unit with a mobile home.
MANUFACTURED HOME. A structure, not affixed to or part of real estate, transportable in one or more sections, which in the traveling mode, is eight feet or more in width or 40 feet or more in length, or, when erected onsite, is 320 or more square feet, and which is built on a permanent chassis and designed to be used as a dwelling with or without a permanent foundation when connected to the required utilities, and includes the plumbing, heating, air conditioning and electrical system contained in it.
MANUFACTURED HOME PARK. Any site, lot, field or tract of land upon which two or more occupied manufactured homes are harbored, either free of charge or for revenue purposes, and shall include any building, structure, tent, vehicle or enclosure used or intended for use as part of the equipment of a MANUFACTURED HOME PARK.
TWIN 10 or TWIN 12. Two parts of a manufactured home which have been transported separately from the factory and attached to each other at the manufactured home park to form one manufactured home.
