§ 150.99 PENALTY.
   Violation of any provision of this chapter shall be a misdemeanor punishable as provided in § 10.99. In the event of a violation of this chapter, the city building official or building inspectors shall have specific authority to issue a citation in lieu of arrest or continued detention.
