§ 150.02 ORGANIZATION AND ENFORCEMENT OF CODE.
   (A)   The Building Inspection Division shall be the Department of Building Safety. The administrative authority shall be a state certified building official so designated by the appointing authority.
   (B)   The appointing authority shall be the City Council.
