§ 130.86 CONTINUING REVIEW AND EVALUATION.
   The Police Chief shall prepare and submit a report annually to the City Council evaluating violations of this subchapter and the criminal activity by and against minors within the county during the preceding year. The first report shall be submitted one year after the effective date of this subchapter.
