§ 130.72 PROHIBITED ACTIVITY.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to intentionally place or attempt to place graffiti on public or private property.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to possess graffiti materials with the intent to place graffiti on public or private property.
