(A) Purpose. This chapter is enacted pursuant to M.S. § 471.62 and other applicable laws of the state. The purpose of this chapter is to provide uniform rules for the regulation of certain criminal violations committed in the city in conformity with those rules applicable to criminal offenses in the entire state.
(B) Acts prohibited. M.S. 97B.045, 97B.051, 97B.091, 97B.205, Chapter 152, Chapter 609 and § 617.23, together with amendments thereto, are hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference and made a part of the laws of the city to the same extent as if the sections were set forth in full herein.
