§A37-5 MINIMUM AREA STANDARDS AND REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   The following minimum area standards and requirements shall be met and no improvements shall be placed on such lands unless the lands to be used or improved shall meet the following area and dimensional requirements:

      (6)   Signage shall be in accordance with Chapter 154 of the City Code of Ordinances, except that the foundation or support structure of a freestanding sign must be completely enclosed, and such an enclosure shall match the exterior construction materials of the primary building with which it is associated and serves to identify.
         (a)   In Zone 1, a business occupying a tenant space over 150,000 square feet, which has different business operations shall be allowed the following signage in addition to the primary business sign:
            1.   Signage to direct customers to the business operations within the tenant space. The additional signage shall not exceed 55 square feet and must be located above or directly adjacent to each business operation. Only three additional business operation identification signs shall be allowed per tenant space.
            2.   Signage above a doorway on the primary face of the building indicating that it is exit only. The signage shall not exceed ten square feet.
            3.   One slogan sign on the primary face of the building, which shall not exceed 50 square feet and shall be no higher than ten feet in height as measured from the building grade.
