§ 119.06 VACATION OF PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY.
   The city shall give the company at least two weeks prior written notice of a proposed vacation of a public right-of-way. The city and the company shall comply with Minnesota Rules and applicable provisions of the Apple Valley Code of Ordinances right-of-way regulations and other city ordinances consistent with law.
