§ 118.05 LICENSE PERIOD AND RENEWAL.
   A vending cart license is valid from February 1 through January 31 and may be renewed annually. Applications for renewal will be accepted January 1 through January 15. Any license not renewed by January 15 shall cause that location to become available to other applicants.
