For the purposes of this article, certain terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
LICENSEE. The word “licensee” shall mean the person to whom the license is issued and all of that person’s employees, agents, or representatives.
MOBILE FOOD UNIT. A vehicle mounted unit, either motorized or trailered, that is used, maintained, or operated from which food or beverage is prepared, served, or otherwise provided for human consumption and for sale to the general public.
VENDING CART. The phrase “vending cart” shall mean a portable or non-permanent structure, enclosure, or stand or a non-motorized vehicle self-propelled by the operator that is used, maintained, or operated from which food or beverage is prepared, served, or otherwise provided for human consumption and for sale to the general public.
