(A) Annual fees. The annual license fee for licenses required by this article shall be in the amounts as specified in Chapter 35, Appendix.
(B) Investigation fees. At the time of each original application for a license, applicant shall pay, in full, the deposit on the investigation fee. The deposit on the investigation fee shall be as specified in Chapter 35, Appendix. If investigation outside the seven-county Twin City Metropolitan Area is required, the applicant shall be charged the actual cost which shall be paid by the applicant, prior to City Council acting on the application and the issuance of a license, after deducting the initial deposit, whether or not the license is granted.
