§ A33-4 PERMITTED ACCESSORY USES.
   (A)   Zone 1. Within this zone, the following uses or uses deemed similar by the City Council shall be permitted accessory uses.
      (1)   Buildings temporarily located for the purposes of construction on the premises for a period not to exceed the time necessary to complete the construction.
      (2)   Decorative landscape features.
      (3)   Private parking space and attached garage, one attached.
      (4)   Temporary sales office.
      (5)   Essential public service facilities provided all requirements are met.
      (6)   Garage sales not to exceed three per calendar year.
      (7)   Private sports court, play apparatus and gazebo, and picnic shelter for use by the occupants of the premises.
   (B)   Zone 2.  Within this zone, the following uses or uses deemed similar by the City Council shall be permitted accessory uses:
      (1)   Buildings temporarily located for the purposes of construction on the premises for a period not to exceed the time necessary to complete said construction.
      (2)   Decorative landscape features.
      (3)   Private parking space and attached garage, one attached.
      (4)   Temporary sales office.
      (5)   Essential public service facilities provided all requirements be met.
      (6)   Garage sales not to exceed three per calendar year.
      (7)   Private sports court, play apparatus and gazebo, and picnic shelter for use by the occupants of the premises.
   (C)   Zone 3. Within this zone, the following use or uses deemed similar by the City Council shall be permitted accessory uses:
      (1)   Off-street parking as regulated in the zoning chapter.
      (2)   Outdoor play area and play apparatus in conjunction with a day-care operation.
      (3)   Buildings temporarily located for purposes of construction on the premises for a period not to exceed the time necessary for the construction.
      (4)   Outdoor dining areas in conjunction with a Class I or Class III restaurant. Outdoor dining areas shall be reviewed by the Planning Commission and City Council pursuant to § 155.402.
