Each fuel dispensing facility shall be conducted and maintained in accordance with the provisions of the city code and the Minnesota State Fire Code and shall not constitute a hazard to or nuisance in the city. Each fuel dispensing facility shall be subject to not less than two inspections per year by the Fire Chief or some person duly authorized by the Fire Chief to make an inspection. A permit issued under thischapter may be suspended or revoked for any violation of this chapter or Minnesota State Fire Code.
