§ 115.18 EXCEPTIONS AND DEFENSES.
   (A)   Religious, spiritual, or cultural ceremony. Nothing in this chapter shall prevent the providing of tobacco, tobacco products, or tobacco related devices to an underage person as part of a lawfully recognized religious, spiritual, or cultural ceremony with the consent of the underage person's parent or legal guardian.
   (B)   Reliance of proof of age. It shall be an affirmative defense to a violation of this chapter for a person to have reasonably relied on proof of age as described by state law.
