§ 115.08 TERMINATION OF LICENSE.
   All licenses issued under this chapter shall be valid only for the premises for which the license was issued and only for the person to whom the license was issued. No license may be transferred to another location or person and any transfer or change of ownership of the licensed premises shall terminate the license.
