§ 114.20 PURPOSE AND DEFINITIONS.
   (A)   The purpose of this subchapter is to regulate and control the operation of open sales lots for Christmas trees, within the city, to ensure that they are safely operated in a manner which will not impede public rights-of-way and that all debris is removed from the premises.

   (B)   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   DECORATIVE TREES or CHRISTMAS TREES. Pines, spruce, balsam, cedar, evergreen or coniferous trees, bushes, saplings, seedlings, shrubs, boughs or branches, including the tops cut from any of the foregoing, intended to be sold or used for decorative purposes. Nursery stock shall not be included in this definition.
   SALES LOTS. Area, not enclosed within a building, used for temporary display of Christmas trees for sale, for a period not to exceed 60 days, which is not the principal use of the property.
