(A) A license granted under this subdivision shall not be transferable. Any change in ownership in the licensed premises shall terminate the license and a new license shall be obtained as required herein.
(B) The license shall be effective from the date of approval to December 31 of the year of approval and for each calendar year thereafter, expiring on December 31 of each year. A license fee shall be paid for each and every year the license is in effect.
